When will I receive my order?

Orders typically take 3–7 business days to fulfil. Shipping times vary by destination:

  • UK: 3–7 business days

  • USA: 3–4 business days

  • Europe: 6–8 business days

  • Australia: 2–14 business days

  • Japan: 4–8 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, local holidays, or other factors beyond our control.​

Where will my order ship from?

We collaborate with a print-on-demand fulfilment company that has facilities worldwide. Your order will be shipped from the location that can process it most efficiently based on your delivery address.​

Will I be charged customs fees for my order?

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are assessed by your local customs office. These fees are not within our control and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.​

What if my order doesn't arrive?

Before reaching out to us, please:

  • Verify your shipping confirmation email for any address errors.

  • Inquire with your local post office to see if they have your package.

  • Check with neighbours to determine if the courier left the package with them.​

If your address was correct and your package is missing, please email us... If the shipping address was incorrect, we can resend your order, but shipping costs will be at your expense.

How are your products made?

Our products are created using a print-on-demand service. Depending on your location, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can fulfil them most efficiently.​

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please contact us at hello@theauthorityshop.com.​

Can I change my order after placing it?

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at hello@theauthorityshop.com as soon as possible. Changes can only be made if your order has not yet been sent for fulfilment.​

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

As our products are custom-made, we only accept returns for items that are defective or were shipped in error. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at hello@theauthorityshop.com, providing:​

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs of the item

We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.​

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are issued only for defective or incorrect items. If this applies to your order, please email us at hello@theauthorityshop.com with the necessary details as outlined above.​

Can I exchange an item for a different size or colour?

At this time, we do not offer exchanges for different sizes or colours. To ensure the correct fit, please refer to the sizing charts provided in each product's description.​

Your Legal Rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to a refund, repair, or replacement if goods are faulty or not as described. Additionally, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 provide a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. However, this right does not apply to custom-made or personalised items, such as our print-on-demand products.​
